Just seen a White 997 TT
at the end of my drive (and its not mine), now you need super big ***** (at least in Switzerland) to order in white as resale will cost you at least -30K USD BUT is the best looking 997 TT I have ever seen by far, does anybody have a white 996 TT ??

bit of a cultural thing here you don't buy a "flashy" car in a bright colour and no better illustration of this than when I bought my TT in Jan 2003. I had previously had a Pascal Yellow 996 Cab and it was between my current car and a Speed Yellow 996 TT, which had a slightly higher mileage but was immaculate and 10K cheaper. Had I been on my own I would have without any doubt bought the speed yellow car but my wife preferred the Versuvio Metallic I have now and we actually bought on that saturday morning.
2.5 years later the Speed Yellow TT was still for sale in the same dealer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

White is in fashion finally nowadays in Europe too...thank god, always liked white cars but no good used ones for sale.
(For example white BMW M3 E46 is very rare in Europe...but I even saw couple white new M3 E92's just today in a typical Finnish snowstorm...things are a bit different now!

I got a White 996TT... Fully loaded with ALL the options I can think of.... Nav, Carbon, Aluminum, Suede headliner, Full Leather etc... Got lucky a few years back with the option to buy it. . Unfortunately it is stock because I havent had time to work on it yet..

i'd say that a white is my favorite color on a porsche...unfortunately i didn't see any white 996tt on the market at all when I was shopping 
. instead i went with the loud speed yellow (and I'm very happy with the color) not many cars can pull off bright colors such as SY, but I believe the 911 does it well (especially with black wheels)
