Question Anyone have a DIY for V1 Hardwire in a Cab?

i have the valentine one from my bimmer and want to have the wires in place so that when i feel like it, i can mount the unit near the sun visor.

did a search but didn't really get anything useful.

i have the remote display but not too concerned about that yet, since i want the wires to provide power to the unit near the sun visor first....

any suggestions and discussion, better mounting locations, are welcome!!!

thanks!

my wheels have been shipped, btw, and should arrive this week!

Bobby G is infamous around these parts
I have mine mounted to the pillar above the left visor, no remote unit. It's in my line of vision without impeding it in any way. And if a cop pulls behind me, I can lower my visor and hide the unit. If you come to the next LA-based meet, I'd be happy to help you figure it out.

PM me if you want pictures.
