Insane deal on 03 TT?????
Does this price seem low or what? Since the economy has cooled off here in the bay area, I am seeing prices falling fast on 02 and 03's...

I was at Lambo Dallas yesterday and a guy came in with a nice Blk/Blk 2002 996TT X50 with aero and 6300 miles.
KBB is not a good source for trade in valuations anyway, but the dealerships black book trade value was $53k

It has been flagged for removal already. I put mine On Craigslist and it got flagged too. And I read someplace that scam artists had recently used a Porsche turbo on the list, that was underpriced, to take somebodys deposit on a car that never existed.
You always need to be careful!

what do you mean your car was "flagged"? If you are a legitimate seller, why would your ad be flagged? Does flagged mean it is taken off the list? Do you have an appeal process or some means of convincing the system administrator or monitor that this is legit? What are the criteria for an ad to be flagged?

That is right. It is Free, and kind of self police-ing, but anyone with a bone to pick can flag you, and after enough flags it is removed. I notice, up here, that anything the dealers put on there is removed in short order. Even though it is marked Dealer.
There are a bunch of nit wits on Craigs List who must flag stuff just because they are jealous or something.

Was the guy going to trade that car? I would like to see that one as if were nice I would buy at that price.
I don't known, they were definitely in discussion. Obviously he wouldn't sell private for that price, he would raise it to cover the tax credit plus he was looking at a Murcielago so I'm sure the dealer would work a little more with him.
$53k was what the trade book said. But hey give Dallas call, you never know.
