New pics of the car...

With my gt2 lower lip spoiler painted and re-installed... Along with the big brakes up front and some wheel spacers in the rear...

Took Chris (Cohare) for a ride today... I'll let him comment on the DGI exhaust and the UMW tune/parts...

Chris, How'd the brakes feel on it on the way home? Better I hope!

Man that exhaust note of yours brought back memories...

No can do...

Chris got popped for no plate on the way to my house yesterday and I've been pulled over for it as well... not worth it.

In Va. and Md. it's required... I actually removed the bumper plugs to install the plate.

yah...that sucks..they have the same law here in CA. they don't really enforce it unless they just wanna have a reason to pull you over..some here have actually avoided speeding tickets and got fix it tickets instead (for front lic plate) because the cop was nice

oh well....your car still looks great!

Well worth it. I just got back from a combined 3 hour drive from my home to Charlottesville Va. (UVA Hospital) to visit my father inlaw. Although my wife was in the car with me, I was able to practice some left foot braking and trail braking on some of the winding roads heading out thru Orange County. I obviously didn't get to drive the car like I would on track, but the initial pedal effort is less and the pedal is actually easier to modulate.

I suspect that this combo with the rear setup increased to 350mm will be the hot ticket. The larger "lever" effect, combined with more mass to soak up heat should really balance it out... I can't wait to get that portion of the brake upgrade done... And then the clutch replaced, of course.

Wow... Great looking car... although I'm partial to Black.

Where did you get your front lip spoiler (GT2 or Turbo Aero... whatever). The previous owner of my car took the Turbo Aero Lip off and replaced it with the regular lip due to ground clearance issues. I'd like to switch it back but can't seem to find just the lip. I'd even buy used if I could find one.

When I bought mine (Last year this month) it came with this one, but it was real beat up. I recently pulled it out of the crawl space under the house and had it painted. Picked it up on Wednesday and bolted it on Saturday morning before I took pics of it... I have the stock turbo lip too, but it's ground down pretty well too!
