Clueless sellers...

Been 996tt shopping for a little while now, and am just amazed at how many sellers are clueless about what mods have been done to their cars. I was looking at one with Champion wheels, lowered suspension and it looked to be Tubi exhaust, yet the owner said the car was all stock. I told him no, one can easily see in your pics that the car has such and such wheels, lowered suspension, etc. But he was still convinced his car was stock. Also, the dealers that are reselling 996tts and have no idea what mods are on them, it is a little frightening. I really like this one, http://www.jstarmotors.com/details.h...1-4l1196368328 but have been told that the car has an aftermarket chip and exhaust. That tells me nothing.... what brand, what else has been done? Suspension? Turbos? etc. How can you find this stuff out? Or do you just walk away from these kind of deals?

Sorry for the rant....

check out my add in the FS section. There is also a Black TT for sale there as well. Both have the mods clearly listed. Actually hoping no one buys mine!

I believe the black one is probably mine and all mods and info are clearly listed. If you are interested, drop me an email or PM for my phone number.
