Tire pressure on track

Hi guys, planning to go with my TT to Monza International raceways this week-end to have some fun (oh well, i live in Italy of course) !!!
What do you think about the best tires pressure , considering that is a very fast circuit with average speed of about 200 Km/h (about 130 mp/h) and top speed of 290 km/h (about 185 mp/h) ?
Thank u

Depends on the tires, hot pressures in the 2.0-2.5 bar range perform well with Pilot Sport Cups and Toyo R888's.

My tires are the Bridgestone S-02A POTENZA !
For normal road use my Porsche book says: 2,5 front - 3,0 rear.
So you think that i should go down with the pressures in the range 2.0-2.5 both front and rear or proportionally for the front and the rear ?
And, to get hot pressures of 2.0-2.5 bar how should be the cold pressure ?
Thank u

no more than 40 psi hot. check them frequently they will continue to go up by as much as 10 pounds. go out 34 front 36 rear then into the hot pit and back them down to 38-40 front and max 40 rear.

Glad to help you will have a great time let us know how it goes.

One other thing however is if the tires you have are fairly new as opposed to shaved they will be a little more flexy so watch it the first time out!
