Opinion Needed: Turbo Script

Hey Guys:

As you may have noticed, my TT has a bare *** right now...no Turbo logo.

Contacted Eric the Chief Plug Guy and discovered that I can have the Turbo logo painted any color as opposed to the standard chrome finish. I was thinking about a nice matte black to go with the TechArts (and soon to be 19" BBS LM's with black anodized centers).

Any thoughts? Does anyone have a pic of an AS TT with a non Chrome Turbo logo? Appreciate the help. Here's a pic of the current state:

T

I have flat black on seal gray and it looks good. Remember how the rear exhaust gets the back dirty, it looks less dirty on flat black than it does on chrome, especially between the letters. For a subtle look, I even put flat black Cayenne S over a basalt black metallic tire carrier cover and it looks good too. I would advise taking great care at measuring and remeasuring exactly where you are going to place it to make sure it does not angle or lean at all. The slightest miscalculation will catch your eye immediately and the tape is one time use only.

How's about a dark chrome shade? I recall seeing it on some car, but can't remember... looked hot though. Similar in hue to the metal/mineral hematite (sp?).
