Fuel system question

The only problem I see if you push the stock fuel system in order to make a certain Horsepower levels, you take a risk of fuel starvation under certain situation which can be instant death to a motor. Hmmm I think it is better to have to much of a fuel system than to little of one when trying to make big HP. Hmm I hope this helps.
