JK996TT is infamous around these parts
Only 300 miles and leaking oil

This really sucks....brand new car with only 300 miles and I noticed oil drips on my garage floor. WTF??? I've had a lot of new cars and this has never happened before. Let's hope it isn't anything major.

Could be something very simple. In the worst case, it's a porous case. Porsche has had several problems with oil passing through what was suppose to be solid metal!

That sucks... thank God for warranty! Maybe you will get a new engine?

God forbid I need a new motor...I hope its a simple twist of a bolt or something like a gasket.

Fortunately you won't have to pay- could be case leak though seems unlikely. More likely rear main, cam rear seal, something like that. Let us know what it was that had been leaking after it is checked/repaired at the dealer. Seth.
