Injector Install Help

So I'm doing my RC Injectors right now and we are on our final injector (the passenger side rear injector). We have run into a problem. The intake plenum is to big on that side and will not fit the wider injector in.

What have people done to overcome this problem with RCs. I'll go grab a picture of the problem in a sec though it will be hard to see honestly.

here is a pick... so what's the problem.... its not going in because its not lined up correctly....

Update: I went back to RPM to see if the RC fat injector would fit on a 996TT motor we have out. It does fit with no problems. does not hit fuel rail ,intake or any thing else that I can see. Do not forget to put on the clips to hold the injectors to the fuel rails.

There are clean injectors and dirty injectors. The difference is how clean the spray pattern is and how matched your injectors are to the next one in the batch. In addition you have to worry about certain injectors sticking at higher PSI loads. EV1s you almost never see issues and will hold over 5 bar. RCs, forget it. Spike over 5 bar and they stick. This is a serious concern, but my issue is how dirty their injectors are. I simply will not use them in my builds.

Ok problem fixed, the problem was the black intake tubes coupler that attachs to the thing Mark took a picture of was to far down and went over the round limiter lip. All I did was move it back up were it belonged, and boom the injector went right in. Now let me just say Chris had no part of the injector install, and all I have to say is no matter what injector you buy you will have to use a spacer. (Being that there all alot taller then stock) I have done many things on many cars and I will have to say doing injectors with the motor in a porsche is one of the hardest things you can do!!! I recommend you pay someone if you do not have much skill, LUCKY for Chris his brother is the best and has spent many hours to get this car ready.

We primmed the pump several times and had one leak, I fixed that and so far so good. Tomarrow the turbos go on and we will have the first start up hopefully tomarrow night. We will be watching everything looking for leaks of any kind.
Matt
Also the motor is back up, now when I put the 2 bolts back in. The drivers side bolt would thread alot more then the passanger side bolt. Should I keep them even? or should the driver side be higher then the passanger side? Or is something keeping the passanger side from going as high?

Interesting. RC claims FP range of 2-6.5bar. They're commonly used in 1000+HP Supras and are very popular in the Japanese forced induction scene.

I recall a few years back a few tuners showing concern as well... I know evoms, IA, and Protomotive use siemens/genesis.... thats what I have and mine are all made to order... all under $600 shipped.
anyone interested I can pass on the info....
