AC is making a strange noise

I have a 996TT. When I turn on the AC, the right side around the airbag makes a small click click sound. Like some air is hitting something around that area. Also, it makes that sound when I turn off the AC. Anyone has that problem? The AC is fine, and it's cold. I wonder what's that noise is coming from? Please advise.

Thanks.

from the Workshop Manual:

1- remove footwell bulkhead and right air guide. Pull off electrical plug connection on the blower motor and remove wire from the holder.

Note- when the housing lid is removed, the blower motor is simultaneously detached from its guide. Hold the blower motor and carefully remove it in the downward direction.

2- Pull off electrical plug connection on the ballast resistor and undo both fastening screws on the housing lid. The ballast resistor and housing lid are a spare part.

Unfortunately, I didn't take pics when I did this and my copy of the workshop manuals is security protected and won't let me copy pics off of it.

If you'd like a printed sheet with the pics/ diagrams, I could mail it to you.
