last week i cleaned up dr. jim's "red devil". All i can say is that my 997 tt is going to be red..i think it is the best color for the tt..it stands out so nicely...especially jim's car...here is a pic after i cleaned it up..

i am putting a deposit on the 997 tt tomorrow for a 06' production...i cant pick any options or colors,but i know that i will be # 3 on the list at my dealer..to top it off there will be no overcharging....

Was that car recently purchased from Chamption. I say one that looked just like it with wheels, painted from non-aero lip and etc.

 

NO - Jim has had it for a while and the champion car had a savanna interior

Thanks Tim. I know your affinity for red based on M5 & current P-car. The thing is, I hated red on any car for the most part, even Ferrari's. When I saw mine, something clicked. It still is not a favorite of mine on most cars.

I went from hating red to now having had probably close to (or maybe over) half a dozen red cars. 2 Vipers, a Z06, RX-7, Turbo Supra, an NXS, my new pcar. Red rules!!!!!
