Long story short I cooked my MAF yesterday at 4:00 pm. Jumped on the phone and called Steve Russell at Suncoast and had to leave a darn message. Said I needed a MAF overnighted and left my vin on his machine.

Steve calls me back at 445, apologizes for taking so long to get back, but said he was busy grabbing the last maf and getting it overnighted before the ups cutoff.

He did this without a credit card number. Talk about customer service. Guy gets a voicemail at 4pm saying some knucklehead needs something overnighted. Would have been easy to wait 30 minutes, call me back and say it was too late for overnight....

Oh yeah......it was OVER $200 CHEAPER THAN MY LOCAL DEALER!

Steve is a great guy. Helped me out when returning a product, and it was very simple. I will go to suncoast first for any accessory orders.

After running out to Sears for the safety torx's, it took all of about 20 minutes to replace both the MAF and the air filter [which was NASTY].

Buttoned her up and she runs like a champ again. No brainer job.

I have also returned a bunch of parts to Suncoast. When I did my clutch, I bought a bunch of hard lines, fittings, etc. A lot of the originals were fine and did not need replacing, Steve took each and every one back, no questioins asked.

Can't say enough about those guys. Within 24 hours of breaking, I am back on the road. And if that isn't enough, after my local dealer quoted me $200 over what Suncoast charged, they told me they'd have to order it from Germany and it would be a week before I could get it. Then I told them I'd like to do business with them but their prices were 50% higher than the market, they replied.. and I quote "so what, you want the part or not?"....... Unbelievable.

Thanks again Steve and everyone at Suncoast!!!
