tire question for the ages ;-)
Jeff my buddy take what Tom said into consideration, its true. I learned tons of dynamics of past cars and my ex 996tt with various different street tires at the track, I ran a great time on stock tires in a stock m3 around limerock as well, they are capable and teach you a lot about limits indeed.
Stick with the ps2's for a bit, or hell if you wind up getting another set of wheels and tires bring both with you and swotc it up, take it easy and feel it out.
If you need some cups I have 2 near new rears I can't use, stock turbo sizes too small for my gt2.

You guys are the best. I am going PS2, 235 in front and 315 in the back...N2's.
No stressing too.
Tom has me pegged. Do you guys realize that in reading threads here I thought not using R compounds was a major sin at DE's.....
Next step is doing suspension, 10$ 997 turbo brake ducts (silvershark's mod), and EBC redstuff carbon pads.
I plan to copy Sean996's JIC set-up as he was very happy and it seems to offer great value.
