For those that are considering GT610 or GT660 (I believe they the are same turbo), putting performance aside, the turbos really talk to you (at least mines are). You'll hear them whistling quite often; it is actually fun to hear them (it helps to have a Cab), especially when you are off the throttle.

 

Thats good to know since my exhaust already hums at me and even growls under WOT, then that damn "check engine" light comes on and off I go to get it reset...

 

heh.. get that girl into Brian@Carlsen so they can do the warranty stuf on those cam timing sensors

I have put 9K miles on my GT660 kit and drive it hard everyday. Runs perfectly! Still puts a smile on my face everyday.

 

WHATS THE APPROX. COST TO HAVE THE gt610 AND gt660 COMPLETE PACKAGE AND INSTALL?

 

Evoms has the GT660 kit listed at $11,195.00. I cannot comment on installation, I was the test mule for the 660 kit so I got a deal. I think for the most part, this kit is a bolt on so a good shop should be able to do this in two days.

 

anyone with the gt610 or gt660 kit with some vids of their car in action? I'd love to hear these turbos rip.

 

Or have someone in OC come on a run with us and see how it matchs up with an SG700, GT700, EVO700, BBI Stage II, LP640 AND Proto 700.
