Looks like were neighbors. I live up parkway in the calabasas hills gate. Are there any west valley(calabasas, agoura, westlake) drives or meets?

 

I had both the SL55 and 996TT.. I purchased the cars within 2 weeks of each other.. I did a sisde by side comparison of both cars and can tell you that the TT is no douybt quicker from all points.. SL55 is a respectable Touring Car.. and a real fast luxury car, but it cannot hold a candle to the TT. I sold the SL55 6 MOnths later.. And the 996TT remains the daily favorite.. and it happens to have a lot more power now

 

A lot of us do group drives in Malibu, but lately the roads have been a bit too crowded, with bikes, slow cars, and plain idiots.

 

I know what you mean. I coudn't get out of third gear a couple of Saturday's ago on PCH due to the "biker boyz" showing off doing wheelies.

Count me in for the next drive or meet as I am 15 minutes away from Malibu.
