Wheels from C4S to Turbo S with PCCB?

I just traded my C4S a Turbo S. Will my old wheels fit on the new car? The PCCB looks like it has a spacer. Is the offset the same between PCCB turbos and standard turbos? The tech swapping out the wheels says they wont fit but I didnt see him actually try it.

what kind and size of wheels are you try to put on? PCCB should have same offset from normal steel brake.

They are Champion wheels with offsets for a turbo. I think the tech saw those things that look like spacer and just assumed they wouldnt fit.

If the wheels are off of your 996 C4S and not a 997 C4S than yes these will fit. Same sizes and offsets for those two.

Is this a spacer that has been added or a part of the pccb?

Are those SportTechno wheels from your Turbo S? All factory SportTechno come with spacer at the rear on widebody. So your Champion wheels should bolt right on.

When I switched out my SportTechno wheels, I had to remove the spacers from the rear. If you don't remove then, the lugs on the spacers may damage you new wheels.

You know, the Sport Techno wheels are actually pretty light weight, less than my HRE; but you have to go for the look sometimes, right?

BTW, I don't not have the PCCB, so I don't think the spacers are for the PCCBs.

I did notice a loss in power. The front wheels felt about the same weight but the rears weighed more. I think the weight difference is in the tires not the rim.

The rears on the technos had 295 pilots and the champions have 315 contis.
