vipertestarossa- Wow- what a nightmare Im sure it was so frestrating to try and figure that one out.

Shawn C- These are wheels exclusively made for By Design. Although sometimes I wished I never had the wheels solely because of the experience I had with them. but the wheels are very nice and deep in the rear 5"

HKE46Boy- Thank you for the compliment- The E46 M3 was my car. I built that car and sold it to joey

I think I bought the last 2 rear GT3 sways in the country 2 weeks ago, I had them overnighted from Calif.

They are on national back order

I modified my front JIC's to sit as low in the wheel carrier as possible, my car front ride height is 118MM but it is able to go much lower

Shank gt2- I went pretty low in the front coilovers. I sometimes had a hard time driving the vehicle with the Techart front. I got the sways from Gert at Carnewal.com- Great guy. He included fedex international priority shipping with the price of the sways and I received them in 3-4 days! Porsche told me the sways was about 4-6 wks away- Gert included two gt3 sways and four bushings in the order. You do not need to change the bushing carrier as tt/gt2/gt3 uses the same ones.

I originally did have an issue with bumpsteer until All German Auto in San Diego aligned my vehicle (what a HUGE difference). They use the hunter 9000. I told Cam there that I was experiencing massive bumpsteer and he corrected the toe angles to counteract that (Something to that effect). Whatever the case, the bumpsteer was 100% eliminated. The car is straight as an arrow and cuts like a knife.

vipertestarossa- What did you do to make the front go down lower? I slid the aluminum sleeve further down to get the threads on the coilover to slip into carrier. Now I can slam the front if I wanted.

Kenny

I machined the lower threads of the strut off so the body is able to slide lower into the carrier, I then made up the difference with the preload

I will drive my car tomorrow with the 8KG springs and redo the alignment and see from there

vipertestarossa- Nice. The sliding the sleeve down works too although machining the threads down im sure makes it whole lot nicer

I just came back from my 30k service and also got the car corner balanced. Another way to definitely better the handling.
