I have given FVD a chance at replacing my defective 340mm silver steering wheel.

The paint on the wheel started peeling after less than 7,000 miles of use. It seems there were some particles, 4 total that i have seen, lodged under the paint and now the paint is starting to blister and pop in 3 out of the 4 sections.

They initially were very responsive asking me to send pictures, etc and promised to have Atiwe replace the unit. Now, after some 6-8 weeks, they are not getting back to me and are ignoring my emails.

Hardly what I consider stellar service for a $1,300 price tag + the required adapter.

A company is only as good as their products and service, and in this case it seems this company is no good at all.

I suggest you think twice about purchasing anything from them.

Sorry to hear about that. My 911 is outfit with other brand parts but my Cayenne Turbo is FVD stage 2 an I've had no issues with the parts but have emailed a few times to get some answers to questions and have still not received any responses and that was a few months ago... Not the best communication to say the least.

 

Sorry to hear. Sometimes its better to deal with a good dealer rather than manufacturer. I would have gone with Techart myself.
