GT700-Filled with 110 leaded, Sputtering?

I filled my GT700 with leaded 110 fuel for the first time. My car normally runs great off of 100 unleaded. I also have no cats which is why I decided to do it.

When I got i on it, while boosting the car would sputter and hesisitate really hard. Sounds like someone is choking it or the sparkplugs going out. There is at least a 100hp lost in the top 3 gears. The lower gears seem to run ok without the hesitation. Any ideas?

O2 sensors? Spark plugs?

Leaded will cause damage to both.

I don't use 02 sensors, and I only run leaded in my car for a tank or two at a time before I switch back to unleaded to clean the plugs again.

Since this happened so quickly after you added leaded...I'm guessing it might be your sensors rather than your plugs.

Bosch FR6 Plugs, about 10k miles.

Right before I filled with 110 leaded, the car was running great, so I am also assuming it's the 02's.

Cool, I have a friend who runs C16 on his GT700 but changes the plugs every 3,000 miles. You may want to try to change the plugs and see what happens.

plugs - same thing happened to me - put in 110, a few days later, dead plugs. not worth the hassle - stick to unleaded.

I agree, most likely its the O2 sensors, and the plugs are +/- (depending on how much time with the leaded fuel).

10,000 miles on your plugs? you are kidding right?

Get some plugs in it and maybe try mixing leaded and unleaded.

good luck
