Are you planning to upgrade to a 997TT?

Forget about just performance... I think the 997tt is a better looking car inside & out.. and they look much better with a body kit on them then the 996 tt with body kit does... I dont buy my cars just for performance... if I did I would have kept my Lamborghini Gallardo and sold my 996tt instead... Gallardo was a great car, but drew too much attention for me...

No. For what I want, the 996TT represents much better value...the cars are very similar under the skin....one could call the 997 a facelift of the 996 plus the variable turbos....

No offense to 997tt guys...the interior is quite nice, feels to me like an Audi now. But, my particular 996TT has an amazing interior (natural brown leather option with contrasting blue rugs....). There are some 996TT's that are not that fancy looking on the inside....I got lucky.

In a nutshell, I love the car and 50k to get the same basic thing...not for a bit. Now, if I had no pcar and I could get a 997TT for 75k used that passed a PPI...sure.

If you own a 996tt, i think for the moment is better to keep it.
