Anyone have any experience with VISION MOTORSPORTS flash?

VISION MOTORSPORTS has come out with a new module that enables them to flash a car without interupting the computer system. Its a device that interupts and changes the signal going from the computer to the engine.

Has anyone used this system in that i am very interested in purchasing it. Cost is around $1000. and if it does what they say, there would be no trace of code due to the fact that it does not touch the onboard computer.

Seems to good to be true but they are an excellent shop and very trustworthy from direct experience.

Any information would be helpful.

I believe these are known as piggy back systems...they are not ECU flash...no personal experience, nor are they popular on this board. I'll let the experts chime in.

Many can flash through the OBD port, so they don't need to be there in SoCal. Look up GIAC, UMW, EPL....
