Is this true? I doubt it since they are one of the leading manufacturers of aftermarket wheels for high performance vehicles.

i too have recieved excellent service from By Design. all i can say is "what ever dude/BD employee" you obviously have other motives, or like i said in my other post, just post the DOT approval certificate or stress test on the wheels. stop talking like you know something and use some gray matter. you want to know the truth just PM jk996tt or 1317wholesale, they seem to have some light on this subject.
