Since you mentioned SS, I will assume its the Porsche Tech Rollbar, my vote is to leave it SS, if its any other type I would powdercoat it white.

I think the leather wrap with the red stitching would be pretty pimp. Otherwise there is nothing wrong with the plain stainless finish.

Not sure how powder coat takes to a brush finished...may need have it polished smooth, prior to powercoat..just a heads up if using the tech equip stainless bar
