Just ordered the GT2 front bumper from MA Shaw
After reading 996Choy's post about MA shaw (https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...d.php?t=133868) I ordered the GT2 front bumper.
Several questions:
1) is it acceptable to do the front bumper but not the rear deck lid? Anybody got pictures?
2) if I do the GT2 deck lid, should I keep the "turbo" emblem on the back?
3) at what point is your turbo a GT2? If you do the body work, RWD conversion, PCCB brakes, GT2 intercoolers, rear seat removal, etc? Is it ever a effectively a GT2 and worthy of a GT2 badge or is that just frontin'?

IMHO You are Worthy If You do:
The body work
RWD conversion
6 piston caliper brakes
turbos/intercoolers
coilovers/bars and have around 550-600hp
better do some wheels and a rollbar
AT That POINT you can call it whatever you want!
Now the purists will say different, but everyone on this site is just a plain old Hot Rodder at heart and probably started with an American muscle car or Import.

Dont badge it as a GT2, put the original turbo badge on it and keep it looking oem and classy
Car will not look as hot without decklid but anything is better than stock bumper

this reminds me of the guy who badged his cayenne with a turbo badge because he put turbo body parts.... Please...never ever ever put a GT2 badge on your car under any circumstances... Simple as that! You could have every GT2 part available....it's not a GT2. Period!
How much is the front end?
