It is looking like 70 for mine and 85 for his will be the numbers. The only other little voice is saying the C4S is more Rare that the TT. I am not sure if this is a rational positive thought or not.

Who cares how rare it is?!

The TT is so much more fun to drive. How "fun" is rare?

especially in Denver, the Turbo will be MUCH MUCH faster than the C4S. The forced induction is not nearly as affected by the altitude as the N/A engine.

Do it!!! But better pull out 30k from the IRA to cover "incidentals". These guys are a realllly bad influence.

Tim, I don't think anyone has mentioned this, but I hope you're going to transfer your wheels over to the TT. To answer your original question, if it checks out, do it

Well here is an update. The guy and I agreed on the deal and I went and got my financing all arranged etc. Suddenly he went silent for 6 days. Finally calling my Monday night with a sob story about family emergency and out of town and all. Oh and I just thought it over and just have had a change of heart and I won't be able to sell your car later etc.

So I was disapointed but sympathetic to his situation. He even asked me to help him with computer issues at his company etc. (that is what I do for a living) and we parted ways.

Well guess what I see on consignment at the local dealer today.....his car. Now that ticks me off. Just be honest man!

People just suck sometimes. I was really excited to move up to a TT.

That is really a sucky story. Do you look like a crook and scared him off or what?

You probably have your heart set even more on a TT now.
Don't know if this helps. I for one like the clean and classic look of the C4S tail a lot better than the TT, especially the red letter S that snakes thru the carrera word. I was happy to just follow an artic silver C4S on the way home today for 10 miles on the highway. It really is one of the best looking sports car on the market with a timeless and enduring style.

It may not have as much power as the TT, but I really like how you have to rev it a bit more to extract the power. The sound of the C4S is more satisfying and classically Porsche, imo.
