Sounds good to me. I'll be in Hawaii this weekend but after that everything looks good. Just let me know when.

Very interesting...was this "contract" a verbal agreement to purchase the TT. I don't know all the facts, but sounds like this guy made a contract with you and essentially broke it. From a legal stanpoint, contracts are weird sometimes...

Well here is an update. The guy and I agreed on the deal and I went and got my financing all arranged etc. Suddenly he went silent for 6 days. Finally calling my Monday night with a sob story about family emergency and out of town and all. Oh and I just thought it over and just have had a change of heart and I won't be able to sell your car later etc.

So I was disapointed but sympathetic to his situation. He even asked me to help him with computer issues at his company etc. (that is what I do for a living) and we parted ways.

Well guess what I see on consignment at the local dealer today.....his car. Now that ticks me off. Just be honest man!

People just suck sometimes. I was really excited to move up to a TT.

It was verbal. I was waiting on the buyers order from him. My loan was approved and ready. All he needed to do was fax it to the bank.

Oh well some people are jerks
