Great story Dan!

 

It was a shop that did mostly service and then the front end they had high end cars for sale. Wrong part of town, bad marketing, and the investors did not want to put anymore into it. So they pulled out and we bought the building. So yes the bright shiny blue floor up front will become one of the coolest office, showroom, places you will see. If you have been to boutique clothing stores in Soho, you know the style...
