Bent jack point

Well, I brought my car to discount tires (I know, but it's just for tires!) and they put up one side up on the jackpoint with a puck. I was making sure they were doing it right, however they started to jack up the other side and when I went over there, they had jacked up the car on the bottom spoiler and needless to say, they popped it out. They put the wheel back on and put the jack in the right place.

Now after putting on the wheel on the broken spoiler side, they lower the car and I hear this BAM on the other side. The puck slipped out and now the other side is sitting on the spoiler and is also popped out.

So, now I have two spoilers damaged. I take it to my mechanic and the rocker panel underneath the car is broken and the jack point is bent 45 degrees rather than being straight. Anyone ever have this problem and would you guys be concerned about other damage? It's going to the bodyshop on Monday.

Oh, they also scratched my rims!

996TurboOnMaui is infamous around these parts
Wow...that's horribly irresponsible. Discount Tire is a pretty stand up company. Did they admit fault and say they were going to pay for all of the damages?

Yes, they did admit fault and are going to cover everything. Just a horrible feeling when you see your car smash down on the jack. I'm glad the panels didn't buckle.

While you're at the bodyshop have them look for any additional damage. Sorry to hear that though.
