Tom I had to edit it as my passenger had a way with words, mine was not to good either, what I can do is edit the foul mouth and post engine note when I return from vacation.

A couple of questions for you STEVO... Do you shift to M when you override it or leave it in D? How high of RPM do you keep your car at?
Thanks
overide with fingers, then it will eventually pop back into auto itself, really depends what track you are at.

So that is not much different than my day to day driving style... quite easy to adopt. I guess the only way I can find out to go to a track.
Thanks

Yip, but its all about learning how to get the best from it on track and that will take time
sorry if my typing is a bit poor, trying to use a French computer/keyboard and it sucks bigtime.

Missed you down there dude, I was there last Mon-Sat! SO nice!

I can attest, his car shifts GREAT - I was so surprised! It's a little bit of a PITA, and I could tell the sections where he had to override what the computer wanted to shift to, but overall I think it just comes down to seat time. Not losing boost between gears I think makes it a net-net proposition...

Awesome track and smooth driving from you. I'd understand the foul language as I was yelling "GTFO the way" to the Kubelwagon myself.

As you exit a sweeper and get on the gas the tip sometimes does the nice thing of changing down a gear.... a total pain. Only way around it is to plug it into manual prior to the sweeper.

True though that the typical way to drive is to keep it in auto and do temp override when needed in general.
