Why didn't you leave your TT alone and just buy a 996 Cup Car? (Learned the hard way myself)

Unless you shave some serious weight, all the HP and suspension in the world wont help you at many of the tracks you are likely to see. Certainly not on DOT tires. Slicks alone will be worth as much time around the track as that extra HP.

Good luck.

Spare set of wheels with pilot sport cups (or hoosiers) for track days.
Most cost effective track performance improving mod available IMHO.

Guys, I agree on the track tires. I have my stock rims that I am thinking of running race rubber. What are your thoughts on Cups versus slicks. I would really prefer to drive the car without a trailer.

Either a part will fail or you will fail - sooner or later, you will need a trailer! Go ahead and buy one now.
