By Hard code do you mean one that does not clear with my Durametric, or do you mean one that clears, then after some driving, comes back. This case is the later. Thanks again Dan, sorry to be a PITA!

Both really. The Durametric tool is good, but cant get everything like a PIWIS. So if it appears it is cleared but pops back up, must be hardcoded.
