P0444 Code Evap canister?

I keep getting the code P0444 and am not sure were the Evap Canister purge valve is in the car and how to check its operation. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your whole fuel system for leaks. Do you smell gas anywhere? Its usually a Gas cap issue. Make sure the ring in your gas cap is not cracked. Otherwise you are getting air in your fuel system somehow. Maybe you shook loose a fuel line take a look at everything from the pump to the tank. My buddy had a cracked line near the tank when he had this code.GL
