The japaneese Nsx-R they use is a ringer. Its not on street tires also. I like the Nsx-R though. Cool car.

Too bad the rip wasnt 2 seconds longer so we could see lap times. That would be more accurate then just looking where the cars finished. The NSXR had the advantage of being out front early and not held up by any traffic, they also put the best driver in the NSX. Cars do tend to get bunched together in road racing. If you are not clearly faster than the car in front of you it is hard to pass. They did mention the NSX overheated so i doubt they were being too biased with that car.

haha some of you porsche guys make me laugh like i laugh at donald trump and his attempt at hair.

nsx-r is a serious car that has superior driving dynamics than the 996 TT. so to see it out front is not an anomaly. put the GT2 in there and, yes, it's a whole different ball game.

i loved the video. by no means scientific and leaning more so toward entertainment, but it's the better than anything any of you can put together.

Benjamin Choi....

Are you magazine racing?

I'm just curious as to what puts you in a position to laugh at everyone and make anti-porsche statements. You must be a real authority on sports cars.

A GT2 would have won that race, no doubt.

You can tell that Murci is just a pig in the corners.

A Carrera GT would have been something like 10-20 seconds ahead.

Track Challenge has the NSX-R exactly the same time around Hockenheim, and the Turbo 13 seconds faster around the 'ring.

Straight line acceleration, the Turbo is much faster. That Honda handles like a monster! I'm impressed.

(not saying this flick was accurate though, but the NSX-R is no easy kill for the Turbo)

It seems to me like the NSX-R would be more in line with a GT3 RS, not a straight GT3. It doesn't have AC or stereo, and it's got ultra-stiff suspension.

Also, from every one of these videos I've seen, no matter what you put that crazy old man in, he does well. He drives like his life depends on it.
