New Product Release - Keep Boost Consistant
I have bought several items from Dan, and thus far everything has been a-ok. The boost hoses hold whatever boost I throw at them, and have yet to blow off. I also bought the carbon airbox from Dan, and besides a small issue everything was great...BTW, Dan took care of the issue promptly.
I think Dan has done a lot for our community. He has brought prices down almost across the board, which benefits us all.

For the life of me Jamie I simply cannot understand why you have such a hard on for Dan. It reeks of some sort of twisted homo erotic obsession..
He has been nothing but fair with me and Tommy will be checking out the quality of the GT30 adapter kit as he is getting it tomorrow.
Who else is offering a quality kit for a reasonable price that allows someone to bolt on true 3076's?
Not everyone is in a position to ship their car to Todd.

I bring my business to Dan mainly because he has ALWAYS given me the best product at the MOST reasonable price with the ABSOLUTE best service!! I'll be honest with you guys, I don't have any spare change at all to throw-around so when I decide to pull the trigger on a go-fast part, I go to him because I know I'll always be getting a fair shake. Am I happy, hell-freakin' yes I am! My car hauls some serious *** with his K24/18G package because this guy took the time to determine exactly what I needed and what I was looking for, and laid down the plan to get there. I must have been on the phone a hundred times about the upgrade and installation details and let me tell you he never dropped the ball!!
+1 for Vivid Racing. I have had several dealings with Dan and Matt (AP), two stand up guys when it comes down to pre-purchase support, on-going support and customer service.
Also like to add that Dan helped straighten out a non-Vivid deal for me through to the satisfactory end and put up with me as a complicated customer more than once.
I only wish the bastard had his yellow 996 for sale at the time I was looking, that is/was one sweet car..

I have had good dealing with Dan and his organization regarding:
JIC suspension
front and rear sways (H&R)
Agency Power control arms
Agency Power front sway links (big, strong suckers IMHO, no looseness in 3k miles)
Agency Power rear sway links
Agency Power shift linkage unit
No issues. He said the AP stuff was all made in the USA. I have spoken to Matt, at AP with the P car and previously when I had an Acura RL (he was willing to make me some custom shift bars a/la Masserati...). Great guys, great support. Very honest and to be fair, I have had nothing but good interacations with Dan and Matt.
I agree, it should not be vendor v vendor here. I have had great success with Tym's exhaust and with Kevin's engine stuff (my DV's are from Kevin and I think were made in England, LWFW package was from Kevin too).
I was a machinist in college to pay the bills. The stuff out of AP is very well made, speaking as a former machinist. Nuff said. It is important for us all to have choices. We are a small market....and the choices help keep costs realistic to some degree for all of us.
What is nice is that if any one of these vendors send a bad unit out, they deal with it fast and correctly. I think we are pretty lucky to have these guys. Some products are better than others.....but that doesn't mean the lesser product is junk. One has to make decisions every day about price/value. I have and the above reflects what I have done to date. No personal attacks from me on this one....I suspect people need to calm down and remember that livelihoods are in the picture here...
