Injectors Replacement...any DIY?
It is not a very nice job at all, I do all the work on my car. I did mine about a month ago and it took me two days mind you I was not in any rush. It is a job that requires lots of patience and small hands. You will have to drop the motor a couple of inches to get at the parts you need to remove. If you have lots of time and a spare car then by all means but it is not a very easy job. The shop manual has all the details on what to remove, try asking Loren at Renntech.org
Good luck with your project.

I've never done them with the motor in and I know I wouln't want to. I could do it, but it's just one of those things that you want to really see what your doing when you do it with seating the o-rings ect.....good luck
I removed/replaced all injectors in less than 4 hours with basic garage tools and a jack. You will need to lower the engine about 3 inches, but that's easy. its a pain to do the passenger side, takes patience and small hands are a plus but doable. Probably easier/quicker to remove the rails as a whole, install injectors (perfect time for FPR) and then reinstall.
You will need 17 and 19mm for fuel lines...absolutely make sure ignition has been off for a few hours to dissipate pressure in the fuel lines either way. Telescopic magnet is worth its weight in gold.
Feel free to PM me and call and walk you through a few things if needed

Are you replacing them with aftermarket injectors? If they are stock ones then it is a decent amount easier. Aftermarket ones are an adventure LOL

Thank you all guys for your help...i am replacing them with RC 60lb in order to get the maximum from K24/18g setup...I ve done everything else in the car by myself...turbos,hoses....i will try to...
Great tips deep blue. Another one: To quickly empty your fuel lines, pull fuse C4 (fuel pump), start the car and let runs until it dies. Remember to replace the fuse before you restart the car.
