I know a bunch of colorado peeps hang out in this forum most of the time so wanted to let you guys know about a "scenic" drive for you diehards with super cars. Here is the plan:

Sept 6th

Meet spot at 11am at I25 and 120th ave RTD Park&Ride(north I25 take left onto 120th South I25 take right)
We will then leave at 12pm and head from I25 to I76. I76 to I70. We will take I70 to C470 to HW285. HW285 to Pine Junction RD in Pine. That will take us to deckers and from deckers to woodland park. We will then proceed on HW24 down to the springs to Powers Rd and Final Destination will be the old Grocery Warehouse Parking lot.

Complete Directions will be handed out at the rtd park&ride.

Focusing on High end and or High Hp mountain friendly cars.

We will take a break in deckers and most of the time thats when denver peeps break off and head back home. But the best drive is from deckers to woodland

I hated watching drives go by and my car being tied up. Thought it would be winter when I got it back.

 

yeah, it's painful :-( I'm guessing a couple more weeks pending no install/tuning issues. ImolaFem took me for spin around the block, was depressed for days. I saw a Yellow 996 going North from Castlerock area on Sunday, belong to anyone here?

 

My car is in Arizona but should hopefully be back before the weekend...

Who is going to meet at 285 and 470? For some of us just going up and down I25 isn't that exciting.

I would meet at 285 and 470 as it is closer than running all the way up north. Maybe meet at "The Fort"?

 

I could meet at 285 and 470 as well, maybe just pull over somewhere and wait for the group coming from the starting point. I have Pete's cell, the guy putting the drive on, so he could call me when they get close.
