I have them and LOVE them! Here is one crappy pic, I will get more in the next day or two for ya. They are a pain to install FYI. If you do decide to go this route PM me and I will let you know the tricks to gettting them in.

Fabulous, next key question is will I being 6'6 lose any legroom ? vs OEM or GT3 (I had RUF brackets with these)

I dont think you should have a problem. You will need to hack away the plastic on the outboard sides under the carpet to enable the seat to move back all the way. You can see in the pic were the adjuster is.

& Don to put that into perspective, currently the back of my driver seat is circa 1 " from the passenger seat behind, can I get that close without a massive recline ?

Yes, you should be able to get there, you can always mod the brackets too if you really want to sit back

Hi,

How are you?

I am interested in installing the Recaro Sportster CS seat in my 996 Turbo. Is it difficult?

What parts do I need?

Please advise.

You have more pictures? Perhaps I can show to my local seat installer.

Cheers,

Michael

I have the GT3 bucket seat. I wonder if I can use the existing slider and base frame on this Recaro Sportster CS seat.

Thanks.

Would you please post some other pictures here. I would like to view the base of the seat.
