Wheels look good, has the GT2 stance. Are you running coilovers? Can you post more closeups...

Here are some more pics for you- some of the pics were after a day of driving, the color hides the brake dust well.

i really like that look!!! i may want to do a similar setup but i'm curious about the black chrome color-ing. deepblue, your wheels look me like flat-gunmetal color than black chrome...

i always thought black chrome looked like:

I didnt try to get the black chrome look, I wanted something darker than the stock silver, too much contrast for the blue. /shrugs/ beats me why the powdercoaters call it that, but if you go and try to get the look I have, its called black chrome.

theyre not really that flat, just allot of brake dust and dirt, they are more a semi gloss- I'll see if I can take a close up tonight.

Car should be lowered like deepblue's to pull off the look... Yeah I've seen the black chrome powdercoat, it has good shine to it sort of like black chrome!

You can run big spacers on stock wheels for that GT2 look. 15mm front and rear and 21mm+ rear if you roll the fenders.

deepblues wheels look way better in person than in those pics. I liked them enough that I cancelled an order for HRE's and will be doing that to mine as soon as deepblue can remember where he had them done

Ari, if you choose not to do spacers and run 315's instead, will the 315's give that GT2 look and will they fit without severe camber mods.

Ask and you shall receive. I used Taint Paint in Colorado Springs. their prices and service were very good. I have given thought to spacers but havent considered upsize in tires. Anyone's experience?

hey Ari. are you sure you can put a 15mm front spacer and it won't rub with stock wheels? i know the front fender comes rolled from the factory. but on a lowered car you can still run a 15mm front spacer? does it matter if the car is lowered or not?

any pictures of how the above setup would look? anybody tried this before?

Positive. No rub front and rear even lowered with Pss9s on stock wheel/tire combo. No special camber.

That's before I rolled the rears. There is at least another 10 mm with rolling the rear.

I now have 3 sets of wheels and tires.

I run a 7mm spacer on the rear with stock 12" GT2 wheels and 315s.

I also ran 7mm front and 15 mm rear with my 19" champions (8" and 11.5") with 235/315s, No rub.
