The shop who installed my Nav system made the surround out of ABS plastic.

whoa $90 is a bit expensive, and how can they ensure fitment? I'm sure all double-dins are sized a bit different.

Adam, that is the same nav i have. Are you sure that bezel didn't come with the unit?

tradin/liquid, it shouldn't be too ahrd to make if you guys provide the exact measurements to ensure perfect fitment...

It's possible. I was told they made it, but maybe they were just making it fit my car...IDK...

Adam,

Did you relocate your AC control unit? If so, did you have to buy some type of adaptor kit?

Yes, I moved the AC controls from the upper-most spot to the very bottom. It slides right out once you remove the trim and 2 screws. It slides in the bottom spot the same way. There is no adapter kit required, but you will need a new trim piece since the upper trim piece can't be used.

Here is a link to the trip piece you'll need: http://e-partssales.com/Merchant2/me...de=996ttintacc
