Got my car in the shop getting a whole mess of parts put on and decided while the motor was out to put in a larger intake plenum, piping, and Y-pipe. Now the bottleneck will be the throttle body. All these parts are set up to accomodate a 75mm TB but I can't find a vendor that sells them. I'd rather send mine in as a core on one already bored out.

RSS can modify it for you. The bore works great on NA and Turbo cars.

Sould be around $250-$350. Make sure the rods on the throttle plate are smoothed down aswell. That is hoe Turbo Mike/RSS does it.

I bought my 75mmTB and IPD 75mm Plenum from RSS and love the whole set up. You get better throtle response as well as quicker boost response. Any questions call RSS(road sport supply.com)

ok, according to RSS the 75mm tb is off a factory 997 NA. I'm not sure if this is a direct bolt on for factory plenums since I have an aftermarket plenum designed for the 75mm.

I lost my cruise control when I did the bored 75mm TB and IPD plenum and spoke to Greg at RSS who I bought it from but had no explanation as to why it had happened. Anyone else here lose their CC due to this setup?
