any updates, did you buy the car - sounded like a good deal to me

 

I am going to negotiate and lock in the price today and the car goes to PPI tommorow. Hopefully it passes and no 2nd gear pop out etc...cant wait to have it in this weekend. First thing i want to do is a detail and clear bra all around!

I just got back from the dealer. The dealer is not willing to negotiate on the price 50k firm. He says he's got 2 buyers lined up..not 1 cent discount because he can sell right away. So that brings my OTD price to 54k (Taxes,title ect).

I saw the car again...its flawless..i really love it ...its basically 4k more than i planned for ...should i do it??

 

Considering the mileage, I think thats a good deal. Plus its not bone stock and it looks like a later model 01 without the warts so probably hollow spokes as well? Good luck.

 

Unless you love it I would walk...sounds like the dealer is playing games with you right now. They just upped the price they were originally asking? If you love the car though you love the car...

I walked away. I did not like their arrogance in not willing to deal even 1 cent from asking price . I am not letting them play my emotions.

They were asking 50 k and firm and told me he had 3 buyers. so i gave him my last offer and asked me to call if he is willing to negotiate.



So i will be looking till i find another one.. so the otd is 57k including Taxes+warranty. Its a great car if someone wants to put down 57k.
