Looking for any front bumper in good condition except for types with bumperettes like on the current one.
Will consider any type of bumper in good condition otherwise.
Low drag and additional downforce is a plus but not crucial.

When I read things like this, it becomes aware that you haven't pulled your cover to see why you want a "TURBO" 996 Cover...

Let me explain... On a 996TT, you have a center radiator, along with a radiator in each front corner, and those openings in the front bumper match the ducts that feed each of those radiators.

Two months ago I struck a groundhog at above 135MPH on the track... I got to become very familiar with the front bumper cover and why it needs to be for the 996TT!

Thanks for taking the time to explain that Mike. Actually I did know about the radiators, their placement, and the vent setup. Not sure what you have against all the folks running techart type bumpers.

 

IN your original post you didn't mention "techart."

If you consider ANY cover, make sure it fits the requirements of the TT... Other than that, do what you want... But spell it out.

I have a solid black front bumper available off of my 2002 turbo. It has high quality show car aluminum grilles but also comes with the factory ones. The front spoiler is in good condition but not perfect. There are NO stone chips. Make me an offer and I'll ship - Thanks, Rick

 

If it is black, talk to ME offline... I have a bone stock bumper that needs paint, and i'd just as soon have one that is painted, if I can get it reasonably!

I have one in Artic Silver, no bumperette good conditon no rock chips.

I had a buyer on 6speed but, I couldnt ship it in a resonable time so, I refunded his money. Now I know I have a car that will carry it so I can ship. email me if interested cohare@vt.edu
