I like the front, not so keen on the Exhaust.

Yep...answered my question...the 997 3.8 is a wet oil system...(has oil pan)....such a shame. Glad to have my dry sump 3.6...

That does not mean the 997 won't have one...The motor may be based off the 997 3.8, but if they do it right, they will use a dry sump system and lighten and strengthen rods, valves and pistons like they do on the current model..
