Manheim told me ExportTrader is one of their subsidiary and they are for exports out of USA/Canada only... Manheim's about us page claims:

"Manheim was established in 1945 as a wholesale vehicle auction operation.

With thousands of employees in 122 operating locations around the globe, Manheim is the world's largest provider of vehicle remarketing services. In 2010, Manheim handled nearly 10 million used vehicles, facilitating transactions representing more than $50 billion in value."

One of my friend has been exporting vehicles to Asia since early 1990's and I think he's been using Manheim for quite a while. I'll see if I can get more information from him...

I bought a car through them this August and everything worked out very well.

Can only recommend them as far as their service is concerned. Now about the condition of the car, this is a risk you take at any auction. They label it pretty accurate though.
