Welcome New Sponsors

I just want to welcome our new sponsors...

Rizza Cars - Porsche Dealer out of Orland Park. Hands down, one of the best experiences I and a few of my friends had when purchasing new Porsches. Ask for Aaron.

Suncoast Automotive Group- Glad to have you guys aboard.

Stoptech Brakes - I know Tim (colorchange) and myself ordered a set. These brakes are a very cost effective solutiion for upgrading our turbos.

Rejex - Darren where is my set?

Welcome aboard and they have special 6speed pricing.

Searched the StopTech site - the site only shows brake products up to 993 - unless (as usual) I'm doing something wrong.

Thanks for the support Shank and others (hi Peter! ). StopTech is very happy to be here, and we're looking forward to being a brake resource for the members of 6speedonline.

Ken, I will have our website updated with the 996 turbo info asap. We have been doing some reorg. on the website, so I think this may have slipped through the cracks.

For your convenience though...we have two great kits for the 996 Turbo. The first is a 355mmx32mm (14") front big brake kit. This is the same BBK that the winning car from the One Lap of America was running this year: http://www.stoptech.com/press_releas...pofamerica.htm

Part number: 83-781-4700 Front Big Brake upgrade, 355x32mm floating directional rotors with 7075 T6 Billet Aluminum hats, ST40 four piston high performance calipers, front stainless steel DOT compliant brake lines, AXXIS Ultimate brake pads, with slotted rotors and red, black, or silver calipers. Retail: $2595 We can also do yellow or blue calipers as a special order item for +$100 extra per caliper, and drilled rotors for +$50 per rotor. For track use, we recommend sticking with the slotted rotors however.

The other kit is the full blown four wheel kit...just like the one that ColorChange on this board is now running: Part #83-781-4746. Four wheel brake upgrade, 355x32 floating directional front rotors and 332x32 floating directional rear rotors with billet aluminum hats, ST40 four piston high performance calipers, front and rear stainless steel DOT compliant brake lines, AXXIS Ultmate brake pads. Same color and rotor options. Retail is $4495.

Let me know if you have any other questions...maybe we start another thread so this one is not hijacked? Anyway, thanks again for the welcome.
