Gallardo vs. F430

The 430 would be my choice if price was not a factor, but it seems that even new 360's are fetching $30k-$40k over list. I would think a new 430 on a lot would be going for about $230k-$240k. You could probably get a new Gallardo for $180k-$200k.

same boat here mansour. however, u have to think about it realistically. to get even ur name on the 430 list is tough enough & plus the $ u're going to pay. for sure if u have connection with Ferrari i'd say go for the 430. have it for few years most likely u won't lose a penny. but if u don't, Gallardo is a bargain, which u got the look u need & the performance. personally, i'm still down for Gallardo. keep in mind those car is for the look & it'd never driven like a Porsche, so i'd always keep a Porsche in the garage.

HOwmuch is the msrp on the F430? I take it the F430 spider will soon follow? Are dealers takign orders at msrp?

F430
Not usually impressed by things from ferrari other that f40,f50...but the technical specs and looks of this one are an absolute stunner.
On a list, and hopefully will have one in year.
Not sure about F1 vs manual...175 milliseconds is a slow shift, and I like the idea of heel toeing this one.
