The ones that are peeling or bubbling are the do-it-yourself folks....it takes some skill and knowledge to do this right. Those who try to save a few dollars end up looking like a sunburned back blistered and peeling. Even the guys who do it for a living have different levels of expertise. I've seen some who can cover up the perforated edge around the window so that it doesn't look uneven. I much prefer that look to the job I had done on mine where the perforated portion at the bottom isn't covered exactly the same all the way around. It's not really noticeable except to the folks who know what to look for.
