Interior Conversion
Lol, oh it isn't that bad. Just lots of screws....and wires.....and connectors......few pieces of carpet.....and some nuts.....a few bolts......it all comes together nicely. Just takes a lot of time. Plus, you get to find all the things you ever lost in the car. This was PorschePhd's old car (after he had sold it), and I found that issue of Dancing Canines magazine that he had lost under the seat
that conversion came out great! he goes by 993sc on 6speed I believe there is a thread about it in the 993 section

We purchased a complete interior from one of the parts dismantlers for the job. The door panels are a bit tricky to do two toned, because you basically have to melt the tabs holding the carpet pieces on the door, then install the new sections, and melt the tabs back to keep everything secure. A soldering iron works great.
YOu can purchase leather dye. I bet you can get that done professionally so you can be sure it is done correctly. Leather is just dyed to begin with. A friend of mine dyes accents on all of his cars. he dyed silver accents on black E55 seats and black accents on a Cayenne Turbo. Looked great!!!
