We are looking for a weekend car for the family weekends. I had a 02 996 C4 speed yellow / 6 speed / HRE / dropped / blah blah and loved the car. we have 2 daughters (5 & 2.5 years old) I got the bug to get something different and sold the car and got a 360. We love the 360 BUT is usually stays in the garage on the weekends.

Wifey will drive it most of the time and it will be a 4th car. We both have our daily drivers and the 360. So the question is the following: Which car would you get (all will be automatic and convertible) ALL cars will get mods / wheels, exhaust blah blah

'04 - Porsche TT cab
'04 - BMW 645 cab
'05 - BMW M3

any thoughts for wifey and I will also drive as well.

CAR 1
- my daily ride
08 Mercedes E350 with AMG package & 20" wheels / rear window & trunk spoiler (flint gray)

CAR 2
- my toy
02 Ferrari 360 spider F1 trans with 19/ 20" see the signature below and just added Hamann side wing (not the rear) and a yellow tach last weekend ; )

CAR 3
- wifey ride
08 Mercedes R350 with 22" AMG style wheels / dvd (silver)

I say 645...

M3 is for young guns and you don't want a car that can potentially beat your 360 with a few mods.

very very true; I have a good friend that has a M3 cab SMG with tons of mods, chip, exhaust, lowered, CLS wheels blah blah and he wants to sell it becuase when he drives his Ferrari 550, it is kind of not as responsive.

We are in our late 30's so the M3 might be for the young guns - true true

 

Just sold an 06 M5 for 51,000. Loved it!!! An 06 M6 cab with low miles should run around 62k. Worth it!! Was 122k new.

 

As much as I love BMW's, if I was given those options I would go with the turbo without a doubt.

 

996 TT Cab got my vote!
